If a Player is found to be under 21, their Account will be closed immediately, all Wagers will be voided, and any deposited funds (net of amounts already wagered) will be returned via the original payment method.

3.4 Consequences of False Registration. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ini55 reserves the right to close the Account immediately, void all pending and historical Wagers, and retain any Balance subject to applicable law.
3.5 Account Activation. ini55 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 You must notify ini55 immediately by contacting support via live chat or at support@ini55.app if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your login credentials.
4.3 ini55 will never request your password by email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ini55 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.4 All Wagers and transactions carried out using your Account credentials are deemed to have been made by you. ini55 is not liable for losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5.2.1 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmed receipt. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction.
5.2.2 ini55 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Third-party bank or e-wallet fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.
5.2.3 Funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ini55 will not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned to the originating account and the deposit will be reversed.
5.3.1 Withdrawal requests are processed against your Real Money Balance only. Bonus Balance is not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements are met in full.

7.1 Acceptance of Wagers. A Wager is accepted only when ini55's system issues a confirmed bet receipt with a unique transaction reference. Wagers that do not receive a confirmation receipt are not valid.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum Wager amounts are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by product, market, event, and Account tier. ini55 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Account at its sole discretion.
7.3 Obvious Errors. ini55 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds or prices that were published due to a manifest error (including technical errors, data feed errors, or pricing system failures). Where a Wager is voided under this clause, the stake is returned to the Player's Real Money Balance in full.
7.4 Void Events. Where a sporting event, casino game round, or other wagering event is abandoned, cancelled, or voided under the applicable sport or game rules, Wagers on that event will be settled in accordance with ini55's published void-event settlement rules.
7.5 In-Play Betting. Wagers placed on the ini55 in-play betting product are subject to real-time odds that may change between the time of selection and the time of placement confirmation. The odds at the point of confirmed acceptance govern the settlement of the Wager.
7.6 Settlement Finality. Settlement decisions made by ini55 following the conclusion of an event are final, subject only to an appeal submitted via support within 72 hours of settlement, based on demonstrable factual error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

12.4 Exclusion of Indirect Loss. ini55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

13.2 Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure via support.
